Lately a fascination has been triggered to make use of vegetables in baking and how you can turn them into sweet treats to enjoy with less guilt. Fresh veggies are naturally low in fat, salt and sugar, making them an excellent food alternative to the common baking ingredients. Over the weekend I experimented with sweet potatoes and turned them into delicious gooey brownies. Needless to say the batch didn’t even last a day in our home.
